Ganado was formed in May 1994 with the concept of providing quality service on an individual basis, employing a background and knowledge developed through years of experience in the industry and continuing education.

Our appraisal staff members include Certified General Real Estate Appraisers in Arizona, as well as New Mexico. Our appraisers are affiliated with the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, and number three designated Accredited Rural Appraisers (ARA). One appraiser is also a Member Appraisal Institute (MAI). We have extensive experience in the appraisal of ranches, farms, vacant land, dairies, feedlots, cotton gins, packing sheds, coolers, egg producing facilities, tree crops, horse farms, rural subdivisions, easements, investments, rights of way, and recreational properties. We also have experience in collateral inspections on livestock, commodities, machinery and equipment. Our appraisals have been used for loan origination, collateral verification, estate purposes, internal asset valuation, marketing consideration, exchanges, conservation easements, and bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings.

Our consulting services included inventories of Northern Arizona ranches for the U.S. Justice Department and private grazing leases for Arizona State Land Department’s Grazing Land Valuation Commission, and an inventory and mapping of rural Arizona subdivisions for the Arizona Cattle Growers Association.

Ganado mortgage brokerage has experience placing loans on production agricultural real estate and agri-business, utilizing a broad base of institutional lenders.

Ganado property management staff, including a Certified Property Manager (CPM®), has experience managing irrigated farms and cattle ranches for financial institutions and private clients.

Our real estate brokerage marketing experience includes cattle ranches, guest ranches, farms, rural investment lands, horse breeding and training facilities, and a commercial equestrian show facility. We have successfully marketed property throughout Arizona, and elsewhere in the southwest.
