Tom is a founding member of the group who began his real estate career in 1979. Following his early experience on the family ranch he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Texas A & M University. The majority of his professional career has been involved in the sales and appraisal of ranches. He also has experience in farms, feed yards, dairies, conservation easements, exchanges, subdivisions and a wide range of other rural and agricultural assignments. Outside of work he has enjoyed his involvement with the Arizona National Livestock Show and Phoenix Art Museum.

Dave attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from the University of Arizona, and has a background in cattle production and irrigated farming in northeastern Colorado. He has been with Ganado Group since its inception, focusing primarily on the appraisal of ranches, farms, feed yards, dairies, commercial horse properties and conservation easements. Dave and his wife, Gretchen, are active in showing Quarter Horses in reining and cattle events.

Scott received a Masters of Science in Agribusiness from Arizona State University. Scott joined the group in 2001 and has 20 years experience with real estate appraisal. A large part of Scott’s practice emphasizes highly improved agricultural properties such as dairies, citrus groves, vegetable coolers, equipment dealers/facilities, and milling or manufacturing operations. Scott also has experience with appraisals for condemnation, easements, Forest Service, and various other federal agency transactions. Scott is also available for consulting work related to real estate. He is Chairman of the National Public Relations Committee of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and was founding Chairman of the Spring Ag Outlook Forum.

 

 

 

 

Timothy T. Roberts

Tim is originally from the Big Bend area in West Texas, where he grew up on a cattle ranch.  Tim attended Sul Ross State University in Alpine, Texas where he graduated cum laude with a degree in Political Science. During his tenure at Sul Ross, he participated in the IFYE (International 4-H Youth Exchange) exchange program, where he spent six months in Costa Rica, followed by a two semester internship at the National 4-H Center in Washington, D.C.  Upon graduation, he accepted a summer internship on Capital Hill with his District Congressman. Tim joined Ganado Group in the spring of 2005 and is gaining practical experience in real estate appraisals, with particular emphasis on ranch and conservation easement appraisals. Tim is a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and is currently on the committee of the Arizona Spring Ag Outlook Forum. Tim is recently married and he and wife, Tracy are looking forward to making their home in Arizona.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Allyson Halver

As a third Generation Arizona Native, Allyson was born and raised in Northern Arizona. She has worked in the Appraisal industry since 1990, dealing with Agricultural, Commercial and Residential properties.

Allyson is a General Certified Appraiser specializing in residential assignments ranging from tract homes (including FHA lending) to the high-end luxury homes.

Mark H. Menges

Mark is an Arizona native who originally comes from a commercial cattle operation in Southeastern Arizona. He graduated from Prescott High School and will be graduating from the University of Arizona in 2007 with a degree in Agricultural & Resource Economics with an emphasis in Agri-Business Management. While in college, Mark was fortunate to be a part of the U of A Livestock Judging Team as well as a College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Ambassador. Mark joined Ganado Group in the winter of 2007 and is working towards becoming a Certified General Appraiser and is interested in Property Management and financial consulting. Today, Mark enjoys working with 4-H and FFA Livestock Judging Teams from around the state, helping on the ranch, and playing trumpet at local area venues. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Carter S. Benton

Carter is a Valley native who attended Brophy College Prep, and graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University with a degree in Economics. Jack J. Conovaloff

Jack obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Arizona State University. The majority of his professional career has been in farm management, irrigation district management and Native American issues in the southwest.  He started his career in 1979 and has been with Ganado Group since 1995. Over the last several years Jack has specialized in management of public, private and Native American large-scale farms. Presently he serves on the Navajo Agricultural Product Industries (NAPI) Board as an advisor on their 80,000 acre farming operation. Jack is a native of Arizona, raised on a family farm in Maricopa County with which he continues to be activity involved.
